The late May Bank Holiday week. We know this is some time in the future, but this will be a very busy week for us. Any help during this time will be appreciated as we are hosting Hertfordshire Cubjam and will require people to help with shops, activities and site services. The Cubs arrive on the Sunday and activities will start on the Monday for the following 5 days.

We have a build weekend the weekend before Cub and Beaver where we build the Ariel runways and other activities for the event all help is greatly appreciated for this.

Our yearly event for Cub and Beaver age ranges. We are looking for a staff team of around
400 for this event, so if you are connected with a network or other fellowships please see if
they can help with this event.
Again as with winter camp help is appreciated before and after the event with the set up and
take down.

A 24 hour event for explorers. help the week before during and after the event would be appreciated, if you are in contact with other fellowships and networks please pass on the call for help - all offers will need to have up to date disclosure checks, i.e. within 12 months, unless done through the fellowship here. Please be aware that we cannot have explorers working at this event as they should be taking part!!
